Foreman - Building Construction / Construction Management / Facade Construction ( (m/f/d)

As a central contact person at the construction site, you can organize and coordinate all workflows in close coordination with the construction and project management. You run your construction site team professionally, plan daily personnel deployment and ensure smooth running. You are responsible for the coordination of subcontractors and the timely provision of material, equipment and supplies. You monitor compliance with quality standards according to design planning, VOB and DIN standards and thus ensure the high quality of the construction design. The control of the timeliness in all phases of construction and the consistent enforcement of the occupational safety and safety regulations round off your area of responsibility.

You have completed vocational training, preferably in the main construction sector plus further training for the tested polisher, factory polisher or master, or an extensive professional experience, equivalent qualification You have at least 2 years of relevant professional practice in a comparable, also leading position, preferably in construction measures in the construction and facade constructions You have well-founded expertise in building construction and safe handling of construction drawings and execution plans You know the relevant regulations, such as VOB, DIN standards and safety regulations You have basic computer skills and a safe handling of MS Office You have certain knowledge of German in word and writing at C1 level
