First contact for our customer directly on site and control of the suppliers holistic support of our customer in the planning, control and organization of the temporary workers Interface between personnel and external personnel service providers – including coordination and consulting Support in the administration of job requirements and candidate profiles Organisation and implementation of the onboarding of new employees Ensuring compliance with labour, tariff and legal requirements Implementation of process optimization in the onsite environment

Successfully completed commercial training or study You have already gained several years of professional experience in the personal service provider industry as a staff disponent / onsite manager Experience in master vendor systems Good knowledge of labour law sovereign MS Office identifiers, especially Excel and PowerPoint Customer and service-oriented mode of operation, diplomatic skills and communication strength German and English language skills in word and writing
