Career changer for retraining as a customer service representative in local transport

We have a variety of important professions for which special knowledge is necessary. After the cross entrance, you work with your colleagues at eye level. As a customer manager: in local transport (train attendeee, train attendeee, Schaffner, Schaffner) you work on the train and are the first: for our passengers on the trains of DB Regio AG. After successful retraining, you expect an entry level of approx. 3.390 € gross per month (approximately 40.690 € gross per year) and the usual allowances according to the in-house collective agreement of approx. 450 € net per month. During retraining you will receive a monthly salary of 3.130 € gross. As of 01.09.2025, we are looking for you as a cross-release:in order to retrain as a customer service provider:in local transport (w/m/d) for DB Regio AG at the Würzburg site. This is what awaits you in retraining: Retraining takes place over 3 months in full time (39 hours/week) and consists of theoretical and practical classes The theoretical teaching is carried out at the Würzburg site, your practice assignments usually take place at the later site You complete retraining with a theoretical and practical examination The training classes consist of about 8 participants

After retraining you take the following activities: Actively advise and attend our customers: inside on and on the train You provide information on connection connections and irregularities Control and sale of tickets are your responsibility You are responsible for order and safety on the train With high service quality, you increase the satisfaction of our customers: Collaboration with colleagues, such as drivers: inside, service staff or security staff, is part of your everyday life
