Head of Controlling (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as a Head of Controlling (m/w/d) in full time at the next possible date. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the continuous development of the controlling team. You are responsible for internal and external reporting, cost accounting and investment controlling. As part of your activity, you control and optimize group-wide controlling processes, including budget and forecast planning, and develop uniform policies as well as a company-wide performance-oriented control system. An essential part of your role is the analysis and evaluation of economic indicators, production and cost, profitability and price developments. Based on these evaluations, you are conducting sound recommendations for action - in particular with regard to the accounting and identification of profitable products and customers. In addition, you are driving forward the development and digitization of the controlling instruments and implementing modern analysis and automation solutions to improve the decision bases. As a central interface to management, sales, production and IT, you prepare complex issues in line with your address and make a decisive contribution to the successful corporate management.

You have completed their studies in the field of business management, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with the focus of controlling. You will also bring several years of professional experience in controlling a manufacturing company. First leadership experience is advantageous, but no requirement - your leadership potential, your sense of responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality are crucial. You have very good knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and investment and accounting. In addition, you have well-founded user knowledge in SAP, ideally SAP R/3 or S/4HANA, as well as very good Excel knowledge. Its structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working helps you to process complex issues in a targeted manner. In addition, you are able to prepare complex issues in an address-oriented and comprehensible manner. A high level of self-initiative, liability and communication strength is your ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary interfaces such as production, sales, IT and management. Experiences in the design and development of controlling processes and key figures systems complete your profile.
