Team Leader Plastic Injection Molding (m/f/d)

In your role as Teamleiter Kunststoffspritzguss (m/w/d), you work independently and closely with your team. This means: You lead and develop your team, give orientation and encourage motivating and performance-oriented cooperation. You plan and control personnel, shifts, holidays, training and maintenance in your area of responsibility. You take responsibility for projects in the production environment, coordinate work packages and ensure their timely and high-quality implementation. You raise and analyze relevant production characteristics, derive measures and report the results to the relevant stakeholders. You secure a safe, clean and efficient working environment and work closely with the HSE team as well as maintenance and other interfaces. You support your team and internal stakeholders in the systematic solution of problems and introduce your technical know-how in the field of plastic injection molding. You are driving forward the continuous improvement of our production processes – focusing on quality, cost, productivity and timeliness. You provide clear and reliable communication within your team and with adjacent areas. And the best thing: your ideas are not only welcome - You are desired.

You bring it - professional & human You have a completed training e.g. as plastic and rubber technology and a further development to the industrial master or technician Required expertise: You have technical understanding of production facilities and ideally experience in plastic injection molding. You have knowledge of work protection and lean management. You are safe to use MS Office and ideally with production-related systems such as Gewatec, Arburg-Guitsystem or APPlus. First leadership experience and experience in the industrial production environment are advantageous. Required experience: First leadership experience as well as experience in the industrial production environment (spray casting) are of advantage.
