Dispatcher ZNA (m/f/d)

The Center for Emergency Medicine (Committee of Directors Mr. Univ.-Prof. Dr. Gielen) of the Klinikum Lippe (Location Detmold) is looking for a dispatcher (m/w/d) in full time at the next possible time. The centres of Detmold and Lemgo are run as an independent clinic. More than 62,000 emergency patients of all disciplines are treated annually at Detmold and Lemgo sites. The central emergency recordings are part of the certified Chest Pain Unit, the regional Stroke Unit and the Trauma Centers. The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is part of the University Hospital Ostwestfalen-Lippe of Bielefeld University. Three locations, around 30 clinics and competence centres, almost every medical field. Process control and time management: Active monitoring and shortening of patient retention time in the ZNA due to bottleneck management. Diagnostic termination: Efficient coordination and prioritization of necessary investigations (e.g. CT, MRT, X-ray, Laboratory) in close coordination with the doctors of the ZNA and the functional departments. Transfer management: organisation and acceleration of the timely patient transfer to the target stations to relieve emergency response capacities. Sectoral control: identification of low-risk patients (after Manchester Triage) and active placement in the outpatient structures of the clinic or the connected MVZ-Praxes. Communication: Close cooperation with the medical and nursing management team and bed planning.

A completed training in the medical field (e.g. nursery, emergency medical technician or MFA with clinical experience). Secure knowledge in the Manchester Triage System (MTS). Impressed organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in the case of high levels of patients. Communication strength and enforcement capability at the interfaces between outpatient and stationary supply. Solution-oriented operation and high IT affinity for digital process control
