In your activity... ... identify optimization projects and implement them taking into account the regulatory requirements in production. ... optimize work processes, work organization and production logistics. ... implement measures and monitor their effectiveness. ... design simple tools, tools or devices. ... act as a Lean multiplier and live the thought of the “Genchi Genbutsu”. ... plan and run Kaizen workshops and give training to LEAN methods. Completed studies, as far as possible from one of the following areas: Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Medical Technology or Mechanical Engineering 3 years of professional experience ideally in the medical technology industry Knowledge of LEAN philosophy and its application High communication, cooperation and team skills Analytical thinking and independent and structured working methods North star and holistic value flow thinking Open Mind and Out-Of-The-Box Thinking Secure handling of MS-Offi ce (Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
