Your tasks are: First contact for our workshop customers

Record vehicle and order data

Digitally accept and process vehicles (photo box, telediagnosis, service manager)

Prequalify, create and edit repair orders in the system

Prepare vehicles for workshop processing as required

Track completion dates and inform customers promptly

Car transfer including invoice declaration

Vehicle and system functions (Mercedes-Me etc.) explain to our customers

Ensure smooth operation within the service team

completed commercial or technical vocational training

strong contact capability, as well as high customer and service orientation

competent, sovereign and friendly appearance

Team skills

Flexibility in dividing your working time

good understanding among others for the use of the current EDV systems
