Part-time master hairdresser (m/f/d)

About us: “We are a modern salon with a focus on sustainability and high-end style in the heart of Marbach am Neckar”.

We are looking for a Friseurmeister/Bachelor Professional (m/w/d) in parttime (about 20 hours/week).

Your tasks: Leadership & Organisation: Partly takeover of the salon management, coordination of workflows. Training & Coaching: expert guidance of the team and legally responsible support of our trainees. Customer management: performing first-class cuts, modern color techniques (e.g. Balayage 2026) and custom style consulting.

Your profile: Qualification: Successfully completed master exam (Bachelor Professional) in the hairdresser's handicraft.

Personality: Team spirit, reliability and a structured operation despite reduced number of hours.

We offer you Flexibility: Individually scheduleable working hours, ideal for re-entry or reconciliation of family and profession.

Remuneration: 18,20€ / hour
