In Residents of advita House At the Waldplatz in Leipzig we create an environment where our residents live self-determined and receive the support they need. To strengthen our team we are looking for a Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Fullzeit (38 hours/week), which has the pleasure of individual care and accompanies our residents with expertise and empathy.

Your tasks

• Professional implementation of basic and treatment care
• support for clients and support for doctor visits, purchases or other out-of-the-job activities
• Health monitoring and check of care results
• compliance with quality standards, hygiene and accident prevention regulations
• Cooperation and involvement of family members and cooperation with doctors
• Leading care documentation
