In your new function as an employee (m/w/d) in the Audit and Compliance Group, you are part of a team that, through independent audits and competent consulting activities, helps to ensure compliance with the business processes and the legally compliant behaviour of employees and to expose potential for improvement. Within the framework of audit audits, you plan and conduct independent risk-oriented audits of the organizational units, both nationally and internationally. This includes the preparation and evaluation of the test results and the preparation of audit and management reports. Competently identify risks and potential for improvement in operational processes and implement appropriate measures. Your tasks also include support in the creation and implementation of compliance requirements, in particular in the area of data protection. You advise and support the departments at the company headquarters as well as the international subsidiaries on compliance issues as well as legal issues.

Your competence? Convinced! Successfully completed studies in the field of economic law or business management or professional experience in a comparable position, for example in an internal audit, business, tax audit or consulting company Knowledge of auditing and compliance, in particular data protection and contract law, as well as business and tax knowledge Very good English skills Intercultural competence and international readiness Communication capability, coupled with an independent, structured and analytical method
