You are part of a team of about 15 employees who take care of all questions about life insurance for customers. You are working on the various tasks that arise in this context: You are well familiar with application, inventory and performance processes of your department and take care of all tasks. In close cooperation with sales partners:inside, you are looking for optimal customer service and high customer satisfaction. You advise insured persons and support sales partners: without losing sight of tax or legal frameworks In the field of insurance technology, you take over the calculation and correspondence, as well as the telephone handling of technical contract changes, which cannot be completed fully automatically in the database system.

This is what you bring life insurance (m/w/d) Expertise: You have successfully completed a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance or a comparable training and have already gained first professional experience.
