The Technical Procurement team is available for the entire Otto Group as a competent contact person for all matters relating to the procurement facility services, construction services, logistics, intralogistics and energy. We understand ourselves as a full-service service provider and advise, maintain and accompany the Group comprehensively when purchasing all site services – from the supplier research to the conclusion of the contract, from individual purchases to the group-wide framework agreement. You develop the Facility Services category for the Otto Group, including strategy, communication and development planning, and take a strategic role as a buyer for 21 warehouse locations, 4 return companies, 52 hubs, 53 depots and 192 branches. You are the interface to the stakeholders and promote the cooperation of the Otto Group companies while introducing a wide range of specialist expertise in areas such as disposal, maintenance and security services. You will make a decisive contribution to the development and implementation of shopping strategies and create cross-border transparency in your category, from which you will take goals and actions. You test the market, identify trends and innovations in the facility service sector and have a Germany-wide overview of various service providers. Must-have: Relevant experience and knowledge in strategic purchasing, category management and especially in the field of facility service.
