Team Lead Accounts Receivable - Shared Service Center Europe (f/m/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of an international account Receivable Teams Harmonization, digitization and automation of processes within the Shared Service Center and further development and introduction of measures to improve KPIs Monitoring and analysis of open items as well as the introduction of appropriate measures to reduce overdue receivables in coordination with sales (response management and dunning) Participation in international ERP rollouts and support in the entire finance transformations, as well as in the group-wide implementation of end-to-end processes Management of Accounts Receivable Tasks as part of the monthly and annual accounts for the local accounts Possible expansion to a global role after successful incorporation

Graduate degree with a focus on finance, accounting, business management or comparable qualifications and multiannual professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management or Debitor Accounting Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI or comparable) German and English language skills in word and writing Analytical and Structured Operation, First Leadership Experience Benefit own initiative and continuous improvement, as well as excellent communication skills
