Organize construction processes: You control your construction sites independently and coordinate entrepreneurs and works. Ensure quality, costs and dates: you recognize deviations early and implement suitable measures. You conduct construction site and project meetings and clarify open points with architects, specialist planners and internal stakeholders. Editing technology and awards: Together with our technical purchasing, you can clarify technical questions and forgetting after-contracting services. Documenting progress: You keep the project stand, decisions and open points comprehensible. Complete projects: You carry out acceptances and transfer the finished apartments to the buyers.

You have already taken responsibility in the building management – in housing, construction or turnkey construction. Ideally you have at least two years of experience. You can run after-contractors, make clear specifications and keep agreed services and appointments binding. You recognize technical and organizational problems and develop practical, economic solutions. You work independently and structured, meet decisions and get specific support if needed. Your practical experience is crucial. Whether civil engineer, architect, civil engineer or experienced intern, it is important that you can safely carry construction sites. A certain academic degree is not a prerequisite.
