Team Leader Operations Engineering (m/f/d)

In this key position, you guide the area troubleshooting as well as the area maintenance and repair. You lead a stand-alone team, optimize process sequences to different production interfaces and quality assurance, while enjoying greater freedoms for their own impulses.

Leadership: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 10 to 15 specialists who are organized in the 3-shift operation. Installation availability: Ensuring the smooth, optimal process in troubleshooting and maintenance / maintenance. Process optimization: standardization of technical and organizational processes in cooperation with other interfaces (including production, quality assurance, purchasing) at the plant. Organisational development: expert support and further development of the team in terms of structure and process understanding. Safety & HSE: Compliance with work, quality and hygiene regulations including technical documentation.

Qualification: Training in mechatronics/industrial mechanics with further training to the state-tested technician (m/w/d). Experience: Multiannual practical activity in a manufacturing industrial company (ideally with quality/hygiene standards). First experience or sound knowledge in the most common materials, manufacturing processes, automation technology as well as digitalization and control technology (required). Leadership: Multi-annual demonstrable experience in team management with a strong, convincing model character. Personality: Structured, analytical, independent working with communication strength and hands-on mentality.
