This is what awaits you with us: you convey our hairdresser’s knowledge about our innovative brand Maria Nila You train and train existing professional partners: inside as well as hairdressers directly on site Close cooperation with sales on the sustainable development of our partners: You are passionate about existing and new partners: both through convincing product demonstrations and practical training You are responsible for product training, new introductions and professional training and are actively contributing to the sales success You support and train both our internal sales team and freelancer trainers:in your region You organize, accompany and support educational events, seminars and workshops

You have a completed hairdresser training and are passionate professional in the field of Color & Bleach You love working with premium brands and selling them You are a professional in presentation, you can take away others quickly and inspire your theme You know that you are the most important factor in success and have a self-confident personality You feel comfortable in social media and like industry-relevant content You are communicative and open and can quickly build networks to achieve your goals Flowing German and English You like to travel and can organize yourself
