ANregiomed is a network of clinics Ansbach, Dinkelsbühl, Rothenburg and the Klinik Feuchtwangen. A total of 635 flat beds are available for the treatment of stationary patients. Around 2,300 employees work in our department and the document departments, around approx. 75,000 stationary and outpatient patients.

The Service Management Centre (DLZ) Education is the training facility of the ANregiomed Clinical Association. It is responsible for the training of nurses as well as for training in the fields of old care, old care and nursing care. In addition, the DLZ Education is a cooperation partner for the practical sections in the study of midwife.

The Academy includes the vocational school at the Ansbach, Rothenburg and Dinkelsbühl sites as well as the internal training for around 2,300 employees at all locations.

This includes, in particular: overall management and representation of the DLZ education inward and outward Leadership, counselling and further development of the Teacher College in technical and pedagogical questions Budget responsibility and planning as well as control and control Further development of educational, organizational and human processes taking into account the legal, regulatory and support-specific requirements Organisation of theoretical and practical nursing training, in particular scheduling, coordination of operations and implementation of service meetings Acquisition of theoretical teaching units of training and, if necessary, practical guidance Planning, organisation and monitoring of audits including participation in the Audit Committee Advice and support of students in professional and personal development processes Cooperation with cooperation partners, practical institutions, universities and supervisory authorities and other network partners Future-oriented development of existing educational opportunities and the development of new topics Strategic orientation and further development of the DLZ Education sites in coordination with the Management Board

A completed university degree in nursing education, nursing, nursing/health management or in a comparable area Ideally completed training in a basic nursing profession The fulfilment of the conditions for the management of a nursing school or the willingness to provide the necessary evidence Experience in teaching, preferably in the field of nursing and health professions Experience in management and personnel management, as far as possible an educational institution Impressed leadership and communication skills and decision-making Knowledge of current developments in nursing and education Joy in implementing innovative concepts Enthusiasm for current topics in nursing education and willingness to continue development Organisational skills, economic understanding and structured working
