Central contact person for employees and executives with general HR topics across the entire Employee Life Cycle (e.g. guidelines, processes, documentation). Independent end-to-end processing of administrative HR processes (including contract creation, maintenance of HR master data, certifications, confirmations and certificates as well as management of personnel files). Support the onboarding and offboarding process including preparation of relevant documents, implementation of system updates and coordination of all necessary steps. Ensuring high quality of HR master data as well as compliance with statutory, collective and internal requirements. Processing of employee requests in close cooperation with other HR colleagues (m/w/d) and ensuring a timely, correct and confidential case processing. Participation in HR process improvements, digitization initiatives and the cross-site harmonisation of HR services. Contribution to the establishment of a positive service culture and to ensuring a uniform employee experience.

Completed commercial training or degree in personnel or a comparable qualification. Experience in administrative or commercial areas. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Embossed detail accuracy, awareness of data quality and a process-oriented operation. Basic knowledge of labour law and compliance requirements in human resources. Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors). Structured, reliable operation with a pronounced sense of confidentiality. Good communication skills and the ability to perform administrative processes clearly.
