To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week) for our CITTI Park in Kiel and Maison Kober Affineur Culinaire in Kiel-Wellsee (m/w/d)

Your duties

• Recording and monitoring of repair and maintenance measures, maintenance work and deficiencies
• Monitoring of expert examinations
• Support for building technology
• Implementation of inspection rounds and troubleshooting
• Supply collection, offer comparison and invoice processing
• Design of small repair/painting work

Your profile

• successfully completed technical or craft training
• Ideally you have professional experience in the field of building maintenance Knowledge in building technology in the field of electrical, HLKS and industrial refrigeration technology would be advantageous
• general craftsmanship and independent working
• friendly and open-minded appearance
• Personal commitment, initiative, reliability, flexibility and team skills complete your profile
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as participation in willingness to call
• safe handling of MS Office and CAFM software
