Maintenance, maintenance and repair of building equipment (heating, sanitary, ventilation and refrigeration) & process equipment. Support of the systems of the disposal and disposal technology as well as the process engineering facilities. performing routine checks, disturbance analyses and troubleshooting. Documentation of all works as well as support in testing and acceptance. Cooperation with external service providers and coordination of maintenance and repair orders. Ensuring smooth, energy-efficient and law-compliant plant operation. Smaller repairs on and in the building.

Complete technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic SHK, mechatronic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification. Funded knowledge in the fields of heating, sanitation, supply technology and ideally process engineering. Experience in technical building management of advantage. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods. High service orientation and communication skills. Willingness to call and occasional weekend services.
