Type of employment: parttime

You'll take home-preparing kitchen work like washing, peeling and cutting fruit, vegetables and salads. You prepare smaller dishes as well as simple dishes, sauces and desserts according to instructions. You actively support in the breakfast area (prepare buffet, replicate, keep order) and perform simple service tasks if necessary. You are responsible for rinsing and cleaning work and ensure that dishes, appliances and work surfaces are clean and ready for use at any time. You serve kitchen machines and work equipment carefully and consistently comply with all hygiene and safety regulations. You store food professionally, check shelf life and remove waste properly.
