We offer exciting projects at our customers Airbus Operations and we are looking for an employee for the position "Project Manager & Problem Solving Leader" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Deeply analyze and understand complex technical problems impacting FAL & VSM (Value Stream Management)
• Lead and orchestrate multi-functional teams (MFT) to collaboratively address and identified issues
• Develop clear and comprehensive process descriptions for current and future state solutions
• Conduct thorough assessments of the industrial impact of problems and proposed solutions
• Drive the development of innovative "to-be" solutions, leveraging design and technology
• Perform detailed cost and benefit analyses for proposed solutions to ensure their viability and value
• Identify and mitigate potential risks while seizing opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of aircraft construction engineering, mechanical engineering :
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management and Manufacturing Production
• Good knowledge in Risk Management
• Good knowledge in Click ́n Buy (BySide)
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• English and German
• Willingness to travel: at least once per quarter (worldwide)
