Project Assistance (m/f/d)

Interface Management: You act as a link between M&A, Sales, Finance and other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information.

Workflows & Controlling: You translate ideas into concrete milestone plans, keep KPIs up and prepare meaningful reporting.

PMI support: You monitor and coordinate company and stock purchases and support these strategically important projects reliably.

Meeting culture: You prepare project-jour mixes, moderate them in part and ensure the implementation of decisions through precise documentation.

Basis: Commercial training or study, but also motivated cross-comers with bite are welcome.

Project-Skillset: First experience in project management and safe handling of tools like Asana.

Digital Natives: Secure use of common programs (such as Google Tables / MS Excel and Google Docs / MS Word) will distinguish you. You have no fear of contact with artificial intelligence and you already use it as a “Turbo” for your daily work.

Personality: You are strong in communication, you are confident and keep a cool head in hot phases.

Mindset: You work independently, innovatively and absolutely reliable. Discretion is natural for you in M&A topics.

Hands-on: You are looking for solutions, no problems.
