You bring the setting “Teamwork makes the dream work” with you and want to “Simply. Different. Do.” Because an office job isn’t your thing? Start through with a training that beats waves! We want to have azubis that are physically fit and either have good swimming skills (breast, Kraul, Delphin and spinal cord) or just want to learn it. If you have craftsmanship and a good technical understanding, like what to do with people, don't let you distract easily and bring a proper portion of curiosity and openness – then we look forward to your application! You bring at least a very good main school degree and are ready for the next step.

With us you start on 01.09.2027 together with all the urban azubis with a first-class introduction week. During your 3-year training (with option for shortening), you supervise and attend the bathing facilities in the outdoor pool and indoor swimming pool. With your swimming lessons, you help the little one get rid of their swimming pools, helping the big ones to turn their rounds and perform first aid and revival measures. You will learn the careful care and maintenance of the technical equipment. By checking, you are responsible for a safe technical operation and the care of the basins as well as the outside area is in your hands. Of course, theoretical knowledge must not be lacking: Therefore, besides practical training in the indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool, you also take part in block lessons at the Heinrich-Lanz-Schule in Mannheim.
