Your tasks – You can look forward to this Responsible leadership task: You take over the management of the Department of elective patient intake in somatics and steadfast tasks. Conduct, coordinate and plan the use of seven employees. Efficient process responsibility: You actively shape, control and optimize the structural processes in your field – with the aim of ensuring patient-oriented and smooth processes. Cooperative cooperation: You intensify the cross-departmental coordination with chief physicians and chief physicians, secretariats, outpatients, emergency reception and occupancy management and thus contribute significantly to process quality. Structured patient control: You organize and accompany the elective patient reception from the case system to the coordination of medical appointments (e.g. anesthesia talks, outpatients) and are responsible for the contracting including election services. Professional office organization: You ensure efficient handling of telephone and written requests and take over the general organisation of the administrative area

You have a completed training as a trained nursing worker, health care and nursing person or as a merchant/buyer in health care. You ideally bring multi-year leadership experience in the clinical environment as well as a pronounced understanding of services in dealing with patients. You have well-founded knowledge in German health care and in the hospital and settlement area. You have practical experience in dealing with hospital information systems such as ORBIS and SAP as well as safe handling of MS Office. You are characterized by a structured, co-ordination-intensive and responsible way of working.
