Warranty management: You take over the inclusion, documentation and follow-up of warranty defects as well as the monitoring of removal and warranty periods. In the event of non-defence remediation, you prepare the initiation of replacement measures and agree with the team management and the relevant specialist. IAÜ & inventory data: You accompany the processes for commissioning, acceptance and handover (IAÜ) and participate in the initiation and support of management contracts. In addition, you will ensure the updating and structured maintenance of inventory data, space books and planning documents as well as the transfer and archiving of relevant maintenance, maintenance and revision documents. Technical management: You carry out on-site appointments and regular inventory visits, evaluate the technical state of the objects and clarify the technical facts. In addition, you accompany planned and reactive maintenance and modernization measures and take over the project management from calculation and commissioning to quality assurance, acceptance and billing for large repairs. Consulting & Interfaces: You are a technical contact for tenants:inside the school buildings and coordinates cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. You also provide relevant technical data and support in the further development of planning standards, cost comparison values and product and plant data.
