Engineer Equipment (m/f/d)

Planning, control and accounting of measures of operational and structural maintenance for installations of transport equipment. Development and updating of conservation concepts taking into account technical, economic and strategic conditions. Analysis and evaluation of the annual maintenance requirements (including markings, signs, restraint systems, light signalling systems). Implementation of cost-effectiveness and variant studies for the optimal selection of conservation measures. Creation of tendering and planning documents (construction phase plans, performance descriptions, mass determinations) and technical tender testing. Construction monitoring and project controlling incl. Date, quality and cost control, auditing and deficiencies management.

Completed (specialized)higher education in construction and transport, or equivalent skills and experience

That would be desirable: Multiannual practical experience in the maintenance and repair of transport systems, ideally combined with project control and construction monitoring. Very good knowledge of construction planning, tendering and awarding of engineering and construction services and safe handling of relevant regulations High analytical, planning and organizational competence with a strong cost awareness and focus on economically viable solutions Personal strength in responsibility, enforcing and teamwork, combined with independent working, flexibility and resilience; Driving licence class B and readiness to travel desirable.
