With our growth, the need for clear, targeted communication is increasing along the sales process. We are looking for a personality in sales marketing that develops content, measures and collaboration between marketing and sales in a structured manner. Your future role as Sales Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Development and implementation of target-group-specific marketing measures for defined customer segments and markets Creation and maintenance of marketing and sales documents (presentations, case studies, use cases, newsletters, argumentation guides) for sales use Coordination of small campaigns and activations for lead generation or customer approach Creation of content in close cooperation with Sales (e.g. industry analyses, trend topics, messaging) Implementation and active support of marketing measures arising from workshops Close cooperation with Head of Marketing, Event Management and SEO/SEA Support of sales teams at events, fairs or inventory customer measures Continuous success measurement of measures and derivation of optimizations Ensuring a smooth working flow between sales and marketing Your profile as Sales Marketing Manager (m/w/d) At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in sales-related areas such as sales enablement, content or demand generation Experience in the environment of products in need of declaration or technical services Complete studies in media, communications or economics, marketing, public relations, German and comparable qualifications Strong feel for target groups, communication and positioning Ability to prepare complex technical or economic content in a comprehensible and targeted manner High structure, pronounced prioritization capability and strong project management skills Creativity paired with clear result orientation Communication strength, team orientation and hands-on mentality German on native language level and fluent English skills Why ENQT?
