Linux Engineer (m/f/d)

Our autonomous and cross-functional team needs your support for this! For a stable, highly available and secure operation of our Linux server platform. You develop automated Linux solution architectures and actively promote standardization by means of Ansible and Terraform. You implement IT security requirements, respond to active vulnerability management and ensure compliance with our systems. You work with modern technologies like Satellite, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch and Apache, Nginx and Tomcat. You continuously opt for our monitoring and logging landscape by using CheckMK and Graylog. You take responsibility in the agile team to achieve our goals and project milestones.

Must-have: Your training path is secondary for us. More importantly, we know the basics of network technologies and, above all, Linux server operating systems, as well as the common server applications and containerization. You have experience in configuration management. You can do points when you have already written your own Ansible Playbooks and managed with Git. You bring sound knowledge into deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and migration of Linux servers. You have very good German (Level C1 necessary) and good English skills. Your agile mindset and an independent way of working are yours.

Nice-to-have: You are able to inspire people for technologies, changes and best practice. You can introduce us in your Git created by you Ansible roles or other source code You are also familiar with working on a Windows client You've already gained experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux You organize your working day with OTRS, Jira and Confluence.
