Order management: You form the central point of intersection with our suppliers and are responsible for the entire process – from the acceptance of the request to the triggering of the order, with a focus on IT goods groups such as hardware, software and cloud services. Contract negotiations: In consultation with the strategic purchase, you will actively participate in contract and price negotiations to secure competitive conditions for the Hannover Re Supplier management: You select potential new suppliers and continuously develop cooperation Cost optimization: You identify opportunities for cost and process optimization Invoicing coordination: You check incoming invoices and release them in agreement with our compliance guidelines Complaint management: You determine deficiencies, quality problems or other inconsistencies in delivery, docu­ment these and initiate corresponding countermeasures (1st level escalation)

Multiannual professional experience in the operational purchasing of goods and services, global procurement management and/or supplier management Completioned commercial or technical vocational training, study of economics or a comparable qualification Funded knowledge with purchasing and service management tools Extensive analytical skills, the will to promote things, and joy in making the best decision for our company German at a reliable level and English at a safe level in connection with negotiation skills Not all requirements met?
