Fully qualified lawyer as in-house lawyer (m/f/d)

We are: As a representation of interests of the metal and electrical industry in Lower Saxony, we formulate and coordinate the common interests of around 300 companies with approx. 110,000 employees. In matters relating to monetary policy, labour law, social law and labour science, we ask the course for the future of the industry. For our member companies, we are in an open dialogue with trade unions, politics and the public, and we are clearly presenting current issues. As experts around the factor of work, we are keen on the concerns of our member companies as well as the members of the 15 employers' associations that are united in our office community. Every day, new tasks and challenges await you! To strengthen and build our office in Hildesheim, we are looking for a full-time lawyer (m/w/d) in full-time (40 hours a week).

Your area of responsibility: You advise and support our member companies independently in all questions of individual and collective labour, collective labour and social law. You supervise and conduct judicial and other procedures, such as conciliation and settlement bodies. You support domestic and refurbishment collective bargaining. You design and maintain training, seminars or working groups.

Your profile You are a full lawyer (m/w/d) with the focus of work and social law and have completed your state exam with at least satisfactory. Ideally, you have already been able to gain professional experience in a company's labour and social law and/or personnel field. You have a sovereign appearance, persuasion and enforcement ability and can articulate well. You are open-minded, develop independent solutions and carry them safely. Flexibility and socio-political interest complete your profile.
