You blossom in your mission, for:

• You are responsible for order processing (hardware, software and services) as well as the full processing of complaints (internal and external).
• You coordinate tasks within the team and secure the agreed Service Level Agreements with the customer.
• In case of difficulties (internal / external) you are the first contact person
• You will also see the interface function between internal departments, manufacturers and end customers.
• Your tasks include purchasing services for different Bechtle companies.
• You support the integration of new contracts into the existing structure, create process descriptions and optimically existing processes.
• Last but not least, you will start evaluations and degrees with Excel.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed commercial training e.g. as an industrial businessman (w/m/d), wholesaler and foreign trader (w/m/d) or a comparable degree
• Multiannual professional experience in the commercial environment and experience in working with Microsoft Navision
• Flowing German and good English skills
• Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Personally, we especially like your team skills and joy in the ongoing development of processes and working methods.
