Strategic, organisational and economic management and further development of offers and facilities in the field of outpatient/substationary supply structures Ensure demand-oriented personnel planning and professional personnel and quality management. Close cooperation with the facilities and support and further development of the management structures Direct organizational connection to the Caritas Board of Directors and joint strategic development of the entire organization in cooperation with the other field managers

Identification with the objectives and values of the Caritas Complete study in the field of care management, social management, health economics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience in social or healthcare Funded knowledge of business relationships, the joy of economic governance, and strong competence in human resources management, including an esteemed leadership style
