Modern working methods do not require a permanent presence at the workplace Your tasks: You independently manage planning services of objects of the infrastructure, in particular the performance phases 1 to 8 of the HOAI with professional application of the BIM methodology High planning quality combined with project execution in an interdisciplinary project team ensures by building up the required project structures and implementing the project, technical control of internal and external resources and service providers: You ensure compliance with the given regulations and guidelines In addition to the creation of project-related reports, you ask for the counter control for delays or deviations You represent the project and thus also the DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH with respect to contracting entities:inside, stand with advice and action and see yourself as a service provider:in order to create an optimally planned infrastructure A transparent project management in organizational, technical and commercial terms
