As IT Project Manager - Cutover / Migration (m/w/d) you take over the definition, planning, preparation and execution of the cutover plan, including checklists for technical, operational and business tasks You are responsible for the development and implementation of emergency plans and fallback scenarios in case of problems during the transition As an interface between IT and the field of expertise, you ensure cutting-over-relevant resources (personal, technology, data) Regularly report to all stakeholders and organize coordination meetings to clarify dates, progress and dependencies They coordinate cutover dailies, status reports, acceptance and escalation sessions and perform these and secure the reaching of the cutover milestones, including the final Go/No Go decision They are central escalation point for all cutover related problems To apply the cutover plan, prepare trainings and run them together with the training team

Complete study of economics, economic informatics, computer science or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT project management, especially in cutover projects and experience in one of the roles: Cutover Manager / Technical Change Manager / Deployment Manager / Transition Manager / Migration Manager / Go-Live Manager (each m/w/d) Experience in identifying and managing potential risks in the transition process User knowledge of the Atlassian Suite, in particular JIRA and Confluence A high degree of planning strength, self-organisation and implementation motivation Pragmatic, flexible thinking and communication strength German language skills (C2) and good English skills
