Early Childhood Educator (m/f/d)

In the children’s crib “Villa Henneberg” of the educational art Weimar e.V., the place of an educator (m/w/d) in a toddler group is to be occupied from August 2026.

We are looking for a childhood pedagogue or a state-recognized educator (alternative: healer education caregiver) with anthroposophical knowledge or an additional qualification in Waldorf education, at least with the openness for Waldorf education and for picler education.

We are looking for a responsible and empathic colleague who likes to work in the college and wants to take responsibility for his own tasks.

Your area of responsibility:

Support and care of children in a toddler group (in the second, third and fourth years of life), together with 3 other educators and 1 support force) based on education (Waldorf Education) and Emmi Piklers' findings.

Educational cooperation with parents (in the form of development talks, parental leave, house visits)

* Participation and participation of weekly conferences

We offer:

a temporary employment relationship until the end of July 2027,

Working time: according to the needs of the kindergarten (probably 8.3o – 15.oo; movable according to the requirements of the kindergarten)

* Remuneration by TVöD

* Accompanying the College through pedagogical consulting

* Participation in a dedicated college
