We are looking forward to your application as Manager (m/w/d) Customer Data Management at C24 Bank!

You take the technical responsibility for the central master data of the bank and ensure its quality, consistency and further development You control your team or professional participants in day-to-day business and projects and ensure clear priorities and efficient task sharing You design and manage central processes around customer data conceptually and operatively You work closely with IT, database, compliance and data protection teams and act as a central technical interface You analyze data and existing processes, identify optimization potentials and implement suitable measures You accompany requirements from conception to implementation and ensure sustainable integration in systems and processes

You have a very well-established university degree with business and/or IT close orientation or a comparable qualification You bring relevant professional experience in the environment data, master data or process management in complex, ideally regulated environments with You have already taken on professional and/or disciplinary responsibility, for example as team leader, project leader or in a comparable role. You work analytically and conceptually, and you understand that complex technical and technical relationships are structured and developed. You communicate clearly, bindingly and securely with different stakeholders from specialist, IT and governance functions You work independently, meet informed decisions and take responsibility for quality, results and further development
