Support in the design and implementation of a reporting for a project portfolio, including the definition of KPIs, development of reporting templates, and maintenance of the underlying Excel-based data model and management dashboard Support in the planning, coordination and follow-up of transformation initiatives, including project reporting, milestone monitoring and creation of management updates Conducting analysis and creation of business cases in terms of process optimisation, organizational effectiveness, use of AI as well as opportunities to increase efficiency Preparation of presentations, decision documents, workshop materials and communication content for management and project participants

Advanced Studies (Bachelor in Higher Semesters or Masters) in Business Studies Excellent PowerPoint skills as well as the ability to create management-ready presentations, analyses and project reports Interest in business transformation, project portfolio management, process optimization, digitalization and AI-driven innovation independent and reliable work with strong organisational capability and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment Excellent communication skills in word and writing in German and English (C1)
