The Group Legal Department advises the management and departments of NEW YORKER in a variety of and demanding legal issues in the national and international context. Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Legal examination, design and support of the negotiation of contracts Legal support for diverse projects, especially in building and real estate law Developing practical legal solutions, both independently and in the team Enforcement of claims and defence of unauthorized claims Creating legal opinions and opinions Cooperation in the further development of contract patterns and standards Legal examination of submissions of the relevant business units to the management/decision-makers Legal advice and training of employees of the business units

Full jury* with successfully passed first and second legal state exams, at least satisfactory with the note Interest in building and real estate law Insufficient professional experience desired, but we also give a chance to qualified career starters English knowledge in word and writing Extensive understanding of economic relations and the ability to structure and implement complex issues clearly Target orientation, commitment and a high degree of self-initiative Creativity and ability to translate into different perspectives Teamability, Communication Strength and Enforcement Nobody is perfect!
