You take responsibility for the maintenance and special cleaning of our office buildings and halls at the Munich site. The audit of invoices, collection of services and the management of framework contracts in SAP are among your central tasks. They coordinate and supervise the masters of the house as well as minor measures from the e-mail mailbox of building management. You can help with projects of building maintenance, building technology and larger construction measures. You use and maintain the CAFM software FAMOS for cleaning and area management as well as master data management.
