Accountant - Condominium Management / Billing (m/f/d)

You are self-contained and structured WEG as well as tenement clients You book business transactions including all relevant transactions You conduct the ongoing accounting for housing property communities and rental house mandates You set up economic plans as well as additional cost accounting and WEG accounting You take the monthly target position and income of rents and house payments and take care of the dunning You manage and monitor payment transactions, and set up statistics as well as income/output overviews You are responsible for account openings and closures as well as the deposit management and carry out the commercial audit You care about accounting-relevant contract data

You have a commercial training You have experience in accounting, especially in WEG and lease management You appear open and have a high sense of responsibility and absolute reliability You master the common office applications and ideally you have practical experience with the common software solutions for home administrators You are team-ready and work independently You have ideally experience in the real estate industry
