Responsibility for group-wide analytics and HR controlling as well as support for annual personnel cost planning Creating regular reports and HR key figures as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action Implementation of ad hoc analyses for sound decision-making in close cooperation with staff management and management Building and further development of a target group-oriented HR standard reporting Analysis of complex data volumes taking into account strategic business objectives Creation of decision templates and recommendations for process and cost optimization Monitoring labour market data and trends for the proactive derivation of strategic measures Continuous digitization and automation of HR controlling processes Sparring partner for HR Business Partners with personalstrategic questions Participation in cross-departmental HR and business projects

Successfully completed studies focusing on human resources management, controlling or comparable training Multiannual relevant professional experience in personal controlling – ideally in a medium-sized enterprise group or matrix organization Knowledge of the design and analysis of variable compensation models Experience in the application and further development of HR controlling and reporting tools Embossed Excel Skills as well as safe handling of other MS Office applications Very good analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented approach High level of integrity, discretion and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
