Process Developer/PLM Architect – Research & Development

As a process developer: within the Process and Data Management department, you are responsible for the design and optimization of the processes of the entire Product Life Cycle (PLM). A motivated team from PLM architects and CAD Solution Engineers is happy to design new solutions in development and demand processes together with you. As part of your activity, you are essentially responsible for the following tasks:

Development and implementation of a company-wide process and tool landscape taking into account future requirements to enable the transformation of the company Independent recognition of potentials throughout the Product Life Cycle to increase the efficiency, data quality and development of forward-looking solutions in cooperation with the departments Holistic control of change projects from pre-examination, KPI creation to rollout in specialist areas Creation of teaching materials to optimize data and process quality Planning, organisation and implementation of training with the departments and mentoring in the application of process solutions in practice

You have successfully completed technical training with a continuing training based on it, e.g. the state-tested technician or a completed scientific study You bring multi-year professional experience in the field of development and ideally two to three years relevant professional experience in the PLM or in process development with You have fun in designing and accompanying PLM projects, are open to new things and have a strong organizational skills You are characterized by a very high self-initiative, pronounced analytical skills and a high level of negotiation Very good German and English skills complete your profile
