Type of employment: Full time, part time

You provide a friendly, professional and accommodating guest care You organize a smooth process at reception over all phases (request, booking, check in, in-house care, complaint management, check out, follow-up service) You care about our guest contacts You take over concierge activities You are contact for our conference guests You will also visit our guests in the wellness and fitness area

You have a completed training in the hotel compartment and already first experiences at the front office You have knowledge of common PMS systems, ideally the SIHOT system You enjoy your profession, always act as a model for your colleagues and are authentic, individual, flexible and resilient You have good language skills in German and English – other foreign languages of advantage You have good MS Office knowledge
