You control the graphical and conceptual building planning in the performance phases 1 to 5 and accompany turnkey projects from the first idea to the execution maturity.
You develop subtle detailed designs, adopt the approval and execution planning and coordinate all designs closely with specialist planners, after-contractors and suppliers.
You prepare tenders as well as awards in a structured manner and thus ensure a smooth commercial and technical implementation of the construction projects.
You act as a central planning interface in the project team and support the Purchasing and Costing departments with all key design data.
In occasional appointments (approximately 5–10 % travel activity), you get your own impression of the progress of work and control the quality realization of the plans.
You have successfully completed a university degree in architecture (Bachelor/Master) and have at least five years of practical expertise in large commercial and industrial construction.
You can safely master modern CAD software solutions such as Nemetschek Allplan or Autodesk Revit and have good knowledge in popular tendering systems as well as MS Office.
You communicate safely in German (mind. C1) as well as in English (mind. B2) and combine sovereign enforcement with a cooperative, international team capability.
You are characterized by a very independent, well-organized working method and always keep an overview of complex tasks.
You have a valid passenger car permit (class B) and the willingness to moderate, nationwide construction site visits.
