Maintenance and cleaning of the outdoor facilities (e.g. green plant care, tree care, roads and paths, sewerage) incl. Working in winter service and compliance with the obligation to provide traffic Maintenance and maintenance of the vehicles and machinery of the mastery of the house and the pool vehicles Participation in the care of the locking system Control and small repair of softeners, compressors, heating and extinguishing systems Organization and support of foreign companies incl. Switching authorization of the fire alarm system Testing of ladders, treads, stop means, hand lift trucks and fire protection doors incl. Fixing plants Support of internal maintenance Projektmanager (m/w/d) is a member of the Facility Manager.
