Editing multi-layered tasks of a:r syndicate attorney:in an international environment. Working in the legal departments of RWE AG and its group companies in the fields of renewable energies, conventional production or energy trading. Cooperation with interdisciplinary and international project teams, possibly project-related deployment abroad. Support in the processing of legal issues of all kinds with a freely selectable focus (e.g. company law, capital market law, antitrust law, (plant) building law, energy law, energy trade law and/or general contract law). Participation in demanding national and international projects in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions or plant engineering (e.g. renewable energy generation).

Successfully completed first legal state exams (covered by examination certificate). Good understanding of economic relationships and pronounced analytical thinking. Very good English in word and writing (main working language). Presentation and communication strength as well as the ability to summarize complex facts orally and in writing. Careful operation and strong team player characteristics. Own initiative and responsibility.
