You take over the personal and professional management and design the operation of our indoor swimming pool They ensure safe operation in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations You are responsible for the collection of offers, orders and the audit They organize and monitor repairs and service work on buildings, equipment and work equipment They support the further development of brand development and contribute to the creation of economic and financial plans You accept shift and weekend services as required

You have successfully completed a training as a master of bathing facilities (m/w/d) or are specialist employees for bathing facilities (m/w/d) with an appropriate additional qualification Ideally, you have additional skills in leadership, animation and as a sauna master They bring experience in the management and organization of baths, both from a technical and business perspective They convince by a customer-friendly and service-oriented appearance as well as pronounced organizational and communication skills
