Fleet Operations Specialist - Company Cars & Industrial Trucks (m/f/d)

You enter pool and utility cars, monitor leasing times and kilometer levels and recognize deviations early. You prepare vehicle orders based on demand, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Car Policy, and coordinate rental vehicle requests as well as vehicle change. You manage tank cards and RFID chips from the assignment to the blocking and check the associated billings at random. You dispose of light industrial trucks, storage equipment up to 3.5 tons as well as cleaning machines and coordinate device shifts between our locations. You enter into contracts and conditions and control transit times, costs and use of vehicles and devices. You’re a professional vehicle and device data, you’ll handle vehicle registration, re- and de-registration and work together with locations and service providers in efficient processes. You will process administrative enquiries within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) together with the team in time.

You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training or have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained experience in fleet, leasing, rental vehicle or contract management. You have a good number understanding and carefully check costs, contract periods, kilometer levels and billing. You work structured, independent and team-oriented and keep track of multiple processes. You are sure to deal with digital tools and common office applications. Experience with fleet management software is advantageous. Knowledge of handling industrial trucks or cleaning machines is a plus.
